Our portfolio is constantly changing. This high level of transformation entails a high level of acquisition activities. We are always looking for attractive investments that fit our investment mission and have clear potential for improving their results. The backstories of our acquisitions are as varied as the companies themselves. There is always one common factor, however. We adapt to the unique circumstances of every acquisition process and make the well-being of the company our top priority. As a general rule, we do not have a template process for corporate investment. We work out a tailored solution with our business partners.
