The Supervisory Board of Blue Cap AG has 5 members. The purpose of the Supervisory Board is to regularly advise and monitor the Management Board in its stewardship of the company.

Kirsten Lange

Kirsten Lange has over 30 years of experience in the industrial goods sector. After finishing her studies at LMU and completing an MBA at INSEAD, she worked as a partner and managing director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She then took on operational responsibilities as a managing director or board member at German and international industrial goods companies, including Voith Hydro. Kirsten Lange also gained extensive experience in controlling bodies as a member of the supervisory boards at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and ATS Automation in Canada.

Dr Schieble is a member of the management board of Kreissparkasse Biberach. After qualifying as a banker, he studied business management at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Dijon and Berkeley, and subsequently earned a doctorate in political science from the University of Frankfurt. After almost ten years at the management consulting firm Bain & Company, he spent more than 15 years in various management positions in the banking industry with a focus on investment and risk management, lending and operations.

Freya Oehle

Freya Oehle started her career as a founder and managing director in the digitization industry. Among other things, she founded Dreitausendassa GmbH in Hamburg, one of the leading forces in the field of digitization of medium-sized companies, which she still heads. She is also active on numerous advisory boards within the digital economy. Ms. Oehle holds an MSc from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Kellogg School of Management.

Michel Galeazzi

Michel Galeazzi

Mr Galeazzi is a co-founder and partner of the private equity investment company Evoco AG. He has been investing in SMEs since 2001 and over the years has been an active member of the supervisory and advisory boards of various portfolio companies in Germany, Benelux, Denmark, the Nordic countries and Switzerland. He also publishes papers and speaks at conferences and academic institutions. Mr Galeazzi holds an MBA from the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a master’s degree in economics with a focus on financial market theory from the University of Bern, Switzerland. He served as an officer in the armoured infantry in the Swiss army.

Dr Henning von Kottwitz

Dr von Kottwitz holds a doctorate in law. He studied law at the University of Passau and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is chair of the management board of PartnerFonds AG and managing director of B&P Management GmbH. The renowned restructuring and reorganisation specialist has over 20 years of professional experience in the industrial goods, energy and logistics sectors, and combines his legal training with many years of experience in the business world.
