The purchase price is in the lower double-digit-million range.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe property located south of Munich has been leased to G\u00e4mmerler GmbH (G\u00e4mmerler), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cap, for the last few years. The sale is part of the restructuring measures at G\u00e4mmerler which are leading to a reduction in the company\u2019s size and the subsequent relocation to a smaller premises.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nA book profit of around EUR 10 million has been achieved at Group level. The liquidity inflow is at a similar level following the repayment of loans and taxes.
