resolved at an extraordinary general meeting in May 2020, carried out a voluntary share exchange offer to its shareholders in 2025. As part of this process, a large portion of the Blue Cap AG shares held by PartnerFonds AG i.L. was transferred to its shareholders. Following completion of the exchange offer at the end of 2025, PartnerFonds AG i.L. still holds a 9.2% stake in Blue Cap AG. In the course of the liquidation, the remaining shares are to be sold over the long term. There is currently no deadline by which this process must be completed.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nAs an anchor shareholder, Kreissparkasse Biberach holds 13.6% of the shares as part of its long-term investment strategy.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nSch\u00fcchl GmbH is another long-term oriented major shareholder and holds 10.5% of the shares.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nEvoco AG holds 6.3% of the shares.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe remaining shares are free float
